Registration fees

Please see below an overview of early bird and standard registration fees and applicable dates.

Registration fees are based on the date of receipt of payment (not the registration date). All amounts are in Australian dollars and inclusive of 10% goods and services tax (GST).

Attendance at the evening Welcome Reception on 7 July and Conference Gala Dinner on 9 July is included in full registration types only. Day registrants are required to purchase a ticket if they wish to attend the social functions.

* To qualify for the student registration fee, delegates must provide proof of full-time enrolment at a recognised university or college. Please upload a copy of your student ID card or a written statement from your supervisor verifying your student status during the registration process.

**To qualify for the intern/pre-registrant pharmacist fee, delegates must provide proof of registration or enrolment as a pre-registrant/intern and upload during the registration process.

When you register online, you will receive confirmation of your registration straight away via email. You can pay your registration fees online using MasterCard or Visa or select the option to pay via direct debit. A tax invoice will be emailed to the address supplied once you have submitted your details and confirmed your method of payment.

Payment may be made by:
Credit card – MasterCard or Visa.
Note that payments will appear as Expert Events on your credit card statement.
EFT payments – please refer to banking details on your invoice.
All payments must be in Australian dollars.

Cancellations must be advised in writing to the conference organiser via lllpharm2025@expertevents.com.au

  • When a written request is received by the conference organiser on or before 9 June 2025, a full conference registrant will receive a refund of 75% of the registration fee paid.
  • No registration refund is available after 9 June 2025 unless extenuating circumstances apply and the decision is at the discretion of the conference committee.
  • Refunds are not available at any time for absentee delegates, partial registrants, or single ticket events.
  • Please note each hotel and accommodation provider has its own cancellation policy and for cancellations received after 2 June 2025, any accommodation costs is dependent on the hotel policy.
  • Substitution of the full conference registration is permitted up to and including the first day of the Conference and will incur a $50 administration fee. Once a delegate has checked in at the conference registration desk, substitution for that delegate is not permitted.
  • New registrations will be accepted at the registration desk only if space permits.
  • Refunds will be verified by the conference co-chairs and will be processed following the conclusion of the Conference.

Invitation letters

A letter of invitation will not be issued for this conference. To assist in obtaining any necessary visas that you may require, it is essential that you complete the online registration form and finalise payment in a timely manner. An official tax invoice and confirmation email will be issued to you which you will be able to submit with your visa application.
